Room reservations must be made by September 17th (or until group block is sold out) in order to secure the discounted rate of $129 per night. For those flying in for the conference, you can fly into either Oakland or San Francisco. Oakland is much closer to
Walnut Creek, but you may take the BART from either airport directly to the hotel.  The hotel is right next to the Pleasant Hill BART station--*not* Walnut Creek.
